Terms of Sale

1. Who we are

WataShop ("we", "us") operates the store at watashop.xyz and resells licence keys for third-party software. Placing an order means you accept these terms.

2. What you are buying

You are buying a time-limited licence key for software developed by a third party, not the software itself and not any ownership of it. The duration you selected at checkout (day, week, month, lifetime) is the duration of your licence.

"Lifetime" means the lifetime of the product, not yours. If the developer discontinues a product, the licence ends with it. We will tell you if that happens.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to order. You are responsible for checking that using this software is lawful where you live.

4. Delivery

Keys are delivered by email to the address you enter at checkout. Products marked "Instant delivery" are sent automatically. Others are prepared manually and normally arrive within 10 minutes.

Check your spam folder before contacting us. If nothing arrives within an hour, open a ticket on Discord and we will resolve it.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include any applicable taxes. Payment is handled by a PCI-DSS certified provider; we never see or store your card details. An order is only confirmed once payment is fully settled — for crypto payments, that means after network confirmation.

6. Bans and detection

Using this kind of software can get your game account suspended or banned. That risk is yours alone. We do not compensate for bans, lost accounts, lost in-game items or lost time, and a ban is not grounds for a refund.

We do pull a product from sale as soon as we know it is detected, and we show live status on our status page.

7. Sharing and resale

Your key is personal. Sharing, publishing, reselling or leaking it terminates your licence immediately with no refund. Keys found in public are revoked.

8. Chargebacks

Opening a chargeback instead of contacting us results in immediate revocation of your keys and a permanent ban from the store and our Discord. If something is wrong, talk to us first — we fix problems quickly.

9. Our liability

Products are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order, and the date above tells you when it last changed.
