Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Your email address — to send your licence key and order confirmation. Nothing else works without it.
• Order data — product, duration, amount, date, payment status.
• Technical data — IP address and browser, collected by our payment provider for fraud prevention.

We never see or store your card number, CVV or bank details. Those go straight to our PCI-DSS certified payment provider.

2. Why we collect it

To deliver what you bought, to provide support, to prevent fraud and chargeback abuse, and to keep the accounting records the law requires.

3. Who we share it with

Only with the providers needed to run the store:

• SellAuth — order processing and key delivery
• The payment provider you chose at checkout
• Vercel — website hosting

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

4. How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as accounting law requires. Abandoned checkouts are deleted after 7 days. Support conversations on Discord stay until you or we delete them.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — except records we are legally required to keep. Open a ticket on Discord with the email used at checkout and we handle it within 30 days.

6. Cookies

The site itself sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The checkout window sets the cookies it needs to process your payment. There is nothing to opt out of.

7. Children

The store is not intended for anyone under 18. If we learn we hold data on a minor, we delete it.

8. Contact

For anything about your data, open a ticket on our Discord. It is the fastest route and it reaches us directly.
